In this section, a question is sent to two students, professionals, professors, politicians, or scientists.  The two guys will answer the question and it will be posted here.  You may find similar or different perspectives and you will have the opportunity to share your opinion either by using the guest book or contacting me by e-mail and your comments will be posted later. 

Question: Recently, the Intergovernmental Panel of Climate Change released a full report on the global warming issue, assuring that a climate change during this century is coming and announcing the negative impacts of that.  Further than just reducing emissions, scientists called for mitigation and planning actions to minimize the impacts.  How this issue will affect the next political elections in the U.S. in terms of campaigns, debates, discourses, and off course, votes (geographical distribution of votes throughout the whole continental US)?
